Five steps from choosing a program to enrolment. Applications of interest for the founding cohort are open on a rolling basis.

ACLAS admits its founding cohort to three BSc programs taught in English: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and Data Science. Applications of interest are open now and reviewed on a rolling basis — there are no fixed application deadlines. The founding cohort is planned to begin in September 2028, subject to completion of Ministry of Education licensure.
Compare the three BSc programs — Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and Data Science — and choose the one that fits your goals. You apply to one program; the admissions team can discuss alternatives with you at the interview stage.
You need a completed secondary education diploma, a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent, and English proficiency, since all teaching is in English. A relevant academic background, for example school mathematics, strengthens an application.
Complete the application form on this website with your contact details and chosen program. Until Ministry of Education licensure is complete, applications are expressions of interest for the founding cohort: submitting one reserves your place in the review queue and carries no payment obligation.
Shortlisted applicants complete a mathematics assessment matched to their chosen program and an admissions interview with the ACLAS admissions team. Both can be completed online.
Successful applicants receive an offer letter confirming their program, tuition and any scholarship award, including the 25% Founding Scholars scholarship. Enrolment contracts are signed once licensure milestones are complete, ahead of the planned September 2028 start.
Prepare the following documents before you apply. Certified translations into English, Russian or Kyrgyz may be requested for documents issued in other languages.
The admissions team reviews applications of interest on a rolling basis and contacts shortlisted applicants to schedule the mathematics assessment and interview. Because review is rolling, earlier applicants are considered first for the limited 50% excellence awards.
If any requirement is unclear, contact the admissions team through the contact page — they can advise on GPA equivalencies for different school systems and on what counts as evidence of English proficiency.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; no application deadlines are currently set.
